Cancellation & Refund Policy
Zakman Zone International LTD

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases of services made through Zakman Zone International LTD (“Zakman Zone”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including technical support, technician visits, IT maintenance packages, consulting, remote support, digital/IT services and other services offered through the Company’s website.

This Policy is intended to establish clear commercial terms while preserving all mandatory consumer rights under applicable Israeli law.

1. Application and Acceptance

By placing an order, submitting payment or otherwise purchasing a service from the Company, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Policy together with the applicable service description, price and any other terms presented before purchase.

If any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory law will prevail and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Statutory Cancellation Rights

Where the purchase constitutes a distance-selling transaction subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and applicable regulations, a consumer may exercise any cancellation right granted by law.

In general, and subject to the statutory conditions and exceptions, a transaction for services may be cancelled within 14 days from the date the transaction was concluded or from the date the consumer received the legally required disclosure document, whichever is later, provided that cancellation is made at least two non-rest days before the scheduled service date where that condition applies.Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or restrict a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. Services Already Commenced

If the customer requests, authorizes or permits the Company to begin providing a service before the end of an applicable cancellation period, and the customer later lawfully cancels after performance has begun, the Company may charge the customer the proportionate consideration for the service actually provided up to the time the cancellation notice is received, to the extent permitted by law.

Work already performed may include, as applicable, remote diagnostics, configuration, troubleshooting, account setup, consultation, preparation, technical work, onsite labor and other deliverables already supplied

4. Cancellation Fees

For a cancellation made for reasons other than defect, non-conformity, failure to provide the service as agreed, or another circumstance in which the law prohibits a cancellation fee, the Company may deduct the cancellation fee permitted by applicable law.

For qualifying Israeli distance-selling cancellations, this is generally 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

No cancellation fee will be charged where prohibited by law.

5. Scheduled Technician Visits and Appointments

A customer who wishes to cancel or reschedule a technician visit or other scheduled appointment should notify the Company as early as possible.

Statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.Where no mandatory statutory cancellation right applies, or after such right has expired, amounts paid for a specifically reserved appointment may be non-refundable if the Company has already allocated personnel, incurred non-recoverable third-party costs, travelled to the customer, or commenced performance.Any charge will be limited to amounts lawfully recoverable and reasonably connected to the cancelled service.

6. Customized, Activated or Digital Services

Certain services may involve customized configuration, account creation, software or license activation, third-party subscriptions, domain or cloud services, digital deliverables, or work prepared specifically for the customer. Cancellation and refund rights for such components are subject to applicable law and, where legally permitted, to the relevant third-party supplier’s non-refundable charges disclosed to the customer.

The Company will not characterize a statutory consumer right as waived merely because a service is digital or customized where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Defect, Non-Conformity or Failure to Supply

If cancellation results from a defect, a material discrepancy between the service and the information provided to the customer, failure to provide the service at the agreed time, or another ground that entitles the customer to cancellation without a fee under applicable law, the Company will not impose a cancellation fee.

Refunds and cancellation of future charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Where a refund is legally due, the Company will process it within the period required by applicable law and, where practicable, to the original payment method. Under the Israeli rules generally applicable to qualifying distance-selling cancellations, the business must return the consumer’s money within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice and cancel future charges, subject to the applicable statutory provisions. Payment processors and banks may require additional processing time after the Company initiates a refund.

9. How to Submit a Cancellation Request A cancellation

request should clearly identify the customer, the transaction and the requested cancellation.

Customers may use any cancellation method that the Company is required to provide under applicable law, including applicable online, email, telephone, registered mail or other legally required channels.

The Company may request information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction and prevent unauthorized cancellation.

The website should maintain a clear and prominent online cancellation mechanism where required by law.

10. Business Customers

To the extent a purchaser is not a “consumer” for purposes of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, or the transaction is otherwise outside mandatory consumer-cancellation provisions, cancellation and refund rights will be governed by the service quotation, order, agreement and this Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for completed work are non-refundable and the Company may retain or recover reasonable amounts for work performed, resources reserved and non-recoverable costs incurred before cancellation.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact the Company promptly regarding any billing concern so that it can be investigated. Nothing in this clause limits any lawful right to dispute a payment. However, knowingly initiating an unjustified chargeback for services properly supplied may result in suspension of further service and the Company may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, approvals, communications, service logs and other lawful evidence of performance.

The version presented or made available in connection with a transaction will generally govern that transaction, except where a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
